As Senior Vice President, Executive Coach and partner at Building Champions, Barry is able to combine his 10 years of executive coaching experience and more than 25 years of financial and small business leadership to coach business leaders in the skills they need to lead their teams to new levels of productivity, efficiency and success.
In addition to one-on-one coaching and speaking engagements, Barry is also in charge of developing strategic partnerships for the company. Prior to joining Building Champions, he spent more than 25 years in the financial sector, including jobs on Wall Street and in real estate development and financing.
Prior to moving to Oregon, Barry was a small business owner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, bringing his loyalty to the Green Bay Packers with him to the Pacific Northwest. His love of coaching is evident in the office, on athletic fields and as an active father.
Barry currently lives in Beavercreek, Oregon, with his wife, Karin, and their three boys, Sam, Josh and David. Barry is also an avid fly fisherman. Karin is a 6th grade teacher at a private Christian school, and they are both very active in serving at their local church.
