Bill Hart joined the Building Champions coaching team in 2003. He has enjoyed a dynamic 20-year sales and consulting career highlighted by the development of long-term relationships and high profile visibility in the real estate and mortgage industries, primarily in the areas of sales and marketing, public presentations and strategic partnering. Bill has taken this knowledge and has focused it on the mortgage and sales professionals he coaches.

Bill has served as the Director of Recruiting for the Southern California Region of Century 21® Real Estate Corporation, Vice President/General Manager of the Mike Ferry® Organization, and Senior Vice President of The Duncan Group; where he traveled the country speaking to real estate and mortgage audiences about high performance agents in the real estate industry.

For the past decade, Bill has been the voice of the "Real Estate Performance System" (REPS), the monthly audio interview series showcasing top-producing agents. During that time, Bill has interviewed more than 100 of the Country's top REALTORS®.

The author of numerous articles on his observations regarding the best agents in North America, Bill has been featured in a variety of industry publications. He has also served as the Chair of the Cancer Survivorship Council for USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and serves on the USC Norris Cancer Center Executive Committee.

Bill resides in Westlake Village, California with his wife Toni and enjoys time with family, reading and playing golf.
