Prior to joining the Building Champions coaching team in 2003, Bill Hart enjoyed a dynamic 25-year sales and consulting career highlighted by the development of long-term relationships and high profile visibility in the real estate and mortgage industries, primarily in the areas of sales and marketing, public presentations and strategic partnering.
Bill’s prior experience includes serving as the Director of Recruiting for the Southern California Region of Century 21® Real Estate Corporation and Senior Vice President of The Duncan Group, where he traveled the country speaking to real estate and mortgage audiences about high performance agents in the real estate industry.
Over the past 15 years, Bill has been the voice of the “Real Estate Performance System” (REPS) and TalkJet, monthly audio interview series that showcase top-producing agents. During that time, Bill has interviewed nearly 200 of the country’s top REALTORS®. He also has been featured in a variety of industry publications sharing his observations on the mortgage industry and what separates top performers.
Bill resides in Moorpark, California, with his wife, Toni, and enjoys time with family, reading and playing golf – although not always in that order. He has also served as the Chair of the Cancer Survivorship Council for USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and serves on the USC Norris Cancer Center Executive Committee.
