Having first experienced the power of coaching as a Building Champions client, Greg is able to apply his nearly 15 years of mortgage experience with his 10 years of coaching to provide his clients with practical advice and insight to help them succeed while fulfilling their leadership potential.
In addition to one-on-one coaching and speaking engagements, he also designs and leads executive retreats to help leadership teams develop their business vision and plans while enhancing the health and productivity of their teams.
Within Building Champions, Greg also provides hands-on coaching to our coaches, ensuring that our team continues to deliver the best coaching practices in the industry. He is also certified to perform team assessments, including DISC profiles and Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team.
During his time in the mortgage industry, Greg was a producing net branch manager as well as the top originator in his company before leaving to become a full-time coach.
A true California native, Greg lives and coaches from his hometown state. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine before starting his career in 1990. He and his wife, Rachel, have four children: Isabelle, Jaxon, Tatum and Garrett. Both Greg and Rachel are active in leadership roles at their church and are very involved in the community. Greg is also appropriately a die-hard surfer and looks forward to passing that passion onto his children.
