Greg’s 13 years in the mortgage industry revolved around teamwork. During his mortgage career, he was a client of Building Champions. While Greg was in the mortgage industry, his passion and core purpose was to make a positive impact on the lives of all people he encountered from partners and borrowers to his personal team. This calling is what led him to become a full-time coach with Building Champions in 2001. Since then, Greg has helped hundreds of people through the Building Champions One-on-One Coaching System.

During his time in the mortgage business, Greg was a producing net branch manager. He was the top originator in his company before leaving for coaching. It’s the knowledge that Greg gained in the field that he uses to help guide his clients. He’s been through much of what his clients experience and is therefore an excellent sounding board and active advisor. Greg now enjoys getting to know his clients and strives to help them realize, and then reach, their potential. Greg’s clients rave about him, describing him as driven, inspiring and the most caring person they know.

Leadership is the main focus for Greg. He is passionate about making men and women the best leaders they can be. This passion has also found its focus within the company. Greg is focused on replicating coaching excellence with not only himself, but also with all of the coaches at Building Champions. He loves serving the team!

A true California native, Greg still lives and coaches from his hometown state. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine before starting his career in 1990. He and his wife Rachel have four children: Isabelle, Jaxon, Tatum and Garrett. Both Greg and Rachel are active in leadership roles at their church and they are very involved in the community. Greg is also appropriately a die-hard surfer and looks forward to the day when his kids are old enough to hit the waves with him.
