Before joining the team, James Allison had his own coaching practice that he has since seamlessly transitioned into his role at Building Champions. James also worked in the non-profit sector for over 19 years, founding, building, and leading organizations from the ground up. A gifted communicator and leader, James combined his strategic planning skills with his passion to see people change, to create environments that allowed both organizational and personal growth for his teams.
James' ability to thrive in these environments and create dynamic teams makes him an especially valuable coach to business professionals and managers.
James is an accomplished speaker with engagements for audiences large and small in the non-profit, corporate, and academic arenas. He holds both a bachelors and a Masters' degree.
Outside the office, James enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and their three children, Nathan, Brandon, and Kaeli.
