Since joining Building Champions in 2005, Kristen has been able to combine her 15 years of sales management experience with her passion to help professionals realize their potential to coach her clients to new levels of personal and professional success.
Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Kristen was a top producer at one of the nation’s largest retail mortgage lenders and a sales manager for Banc One Securities, where she won several national awards for her performances and ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
In addition to her role as coach, Kristen has begun developing workshops to help people develop their life and business plans while protecting their day through the development of an effective priority management system, with a special passion to reach professional women.
In Colorado, Kristen and her husband, Rich, run an investment company specializing in the purchase and management of industrial real estate. She enjoys traveling and all activities related to being outside and in the mountains. And, of course, she is passionate about Broncos football.
