Kristen Kelly
Coach
Kristen Kelly joined Building Champions as a coach in 2005. Before coming to Building Champions, Kristen was a manager with one of the nation’s largest retail mortgage lenders. While there she developed strong relationships with her team and realized that her true passion was to impact people’s lives through coaching. As a full time coach, Kristen is now utilizing that background and experience to help professionals realize their potential.
Before beginning her coaching career, Kristen also worked as a sales manager for Banc One Securities. There, her top priority was the development of sales professionals at seven local branches, helping them provide effective investment plans that assisted clients in reaching their financial goals.
Since 2005, Kristen has coached over 150 clients and recently received an award for helping people find and enjoy true success through coaching. One of her strengths as a coach is her ability to help her clients crystallize and maintain strong business plans while protecting their day through the development of an effective priority management system.
In Colorado, Kristen and her husband Rich are raising his two children, Cameron and Charissa and living very active lives. Together they run an investment company specializing in the purchase and management of industrial real estate. She enjoys traveling, spending time at her lake house and all activities related to being outside and in the mountains. And, of course, she is passionate about Broncos football.
