For the past 10 years, Tim has been able to apply nearly 20 years of manufacturing and banking experience to help his clients discover where their hearts are, allowing them to achieve success in both their professional and personal lives.
Prior to discovering his heart was in coaching, Tim’s experience includes serving as a vice president for a bank holding company for five years and working in the manufacturing sector for 12 years, including running a lab, production planning and HR management.
Tim holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Mississippi along with numerous accreditations and certifications from industry leading organizations, including Franklin Covey, The Table Group, Personnel Decisions International, Development Dimensions International and the Society of Human Resources Management.
Tim and his wife Laura have been married since 1984 and have two children, Adam and Bethany. They are both active in their church and community, including having served on committees for their local Chamber of Commerce, community college and the Boy Scouts. Tim was also elected as a director for his local chapter of Rotary International and serves on the Business Advisory Council for Lee University.
Tim is an avid sax player and loves college sports, especially if it involves his beloved Ole Miss Rebels. He has also authored three books: Every Day is Game Day, The CHILD Game Plan and The Street Sweeper.
