Tim Enochs
Coach
Tim joined Building Champions in 2001. Prior to coaching, his true calling, the
banking industry was his expertise. Tim served as a Vice President for a bank holding
company located in the Southeast. The bank he served also included a mortgage funding
company.
A 1983 graduate of the University of Mississippi, Tim holds a MBA from the University
of Tennessee. He is certified by Franklin Covey to teach their highly requested
"What Matters Most" course as well as being certified by Personnel Decisions International
to administer 360 degree assessments. Development Dimensions International certified
him in the areas of "Interaction Management" and "Skills for an Empowered Workforce."
Tim has been certified by the Society of Human Resource Management and is a graduate
of The University of Tennessee's Institute for Productivity through Quality. He
also served on the Human Resource Committee for the Tennessee Bankers Association.
Tim and his wife Laura have been married since 1984 and have two children, Adam
and Bethany. Tim and Laura are both very active in their church and Tim has been
active in his community serving on an annual fund raising committee for the local
community college. Tim has also served on the industrial committee for the Chamber
of Commerce, serving as Co-chairperson with Laura on the school parent-teacher committee.
Tim was an assistant Boy Scout Scoutmaster and was elected to serve as a director
for the local chapter of Rotary International.
Tim is an avid sax player and loves college sports, especially if it involves his
beloved Ole Miss Rebels. His ultimate goal is to live his Life Plan to the max because
it includes everything he treasures.
