Joel Butkus
Sales & Business Development Manager
Joel Butkus joined Building Champions in 2004 as a member of the Sales Team. After showing his unique capacity for building strong client relationships and leading a team, Joel took on the role of Sales & Business Development Manager where he is responsible for leading the Sales Team and developing new opportunities for Building Champions.
A graduate of Multnomah University, Joel earned his bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. Joel has enjoyed using his skills to educate potential Building Champions clients on the One-on-One Coaching System and work with them to develop solutions that best fit their needs.
Joel grew up in Scappoose, Oregon and currently resides in Beaverton with his wife Kristin and their daughters Kaylie and Lydia. Both Joel and Kristin enjoy many outdoor activities, and they are both active members of their church.
