Lynne joined Building Champions in 2005 and has served in several key roles within the company. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to Building Champions CEO Daniel Harkavy. Lynne has a passion for maximizing others gifts and helping them succeed. She finds energy in optimizing processes, fostering relationships, and focusing on service excellence, so combined with her incredible organizational skills, her role is a great fit for her and the company.
Lynne is an OIT graduate with a degree in Office Systems and has a business degree from George Fox University in Management and Organizational Leadership. Prior to joining Building Champions, she worked for many years in the high tech industry in multiple roles including Executive Support, Account Management, and Client Services. Most recently, Lynne worked as a Key Account Manager in the Scrapbooking Industry and she’s been hooked on scrapbooking and papercrafting ever since!
A native Oregonian, Lynne and her high school sweetheart, Mike, have been married for more than 30 years. They have two grown children, Christopher and Jamie. Lynne and Mike are proud grandparents of three grandchildren: Nevaeh, Dillon and Devon. In their free time they enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking trips to the beach and connecting with those in their church and community.
