Onsite Coaching
In addition to One-on-One coaching, Building Champions coaches are able to come
directly to your location and lead your team through a workshop specifically tailored
to your needs. Ranging from one to three days, this coaching time is interactive,
high-energy and structured to maximize your time. Your group can range in size from
one person to thousands.
From company-specific lessons to general planning skills, these events will provide
you with tangible tools that you will use immediately and skills that will last
a lifetime.
How can an Onsite benefit your company?
Building Champions Onsites are not seminars, they are live coaching sessions. The
level of interaction between the participants and the coach is what differentiates
an Onsite from a mere information download.
Your coach will create measurable Action Plans, then ensure that every attendee
learns the information needed to implement those plans. At the end of the Onsite,
your team will be focused, committed and educated on the specific steps they must
take to reach your goals.
