Caitlyn O'Neil's organizational abilities and people skills lend themselves to her role as Coach Coordinator in helping her provide a high level of customer service. Her background includes experience in event planning, staff training, and administrative duties. Caitlyn's capacity to plan well and utilize time in the most effective ways translates to successful calendar management for the coaches she supports.
She joined the Client Services team at Building Champions in 2016. Caitlyn's past work experience at Waverley Country Club is extensive as she served as liaison between different departments, junior kids activities director, events assistant, and tournament supervisor. Caitlyn holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College.
Outside of Building Champions, Caitlyn works on her natural light photography business with a focus on weddings and engagements. She also travels to Uganda once a year to volunteer at an orphanage where she offers grief counseling, teaches in primary and secondary schools, and coordinates soccer camps. She is passionate about serving others and spending time with people. Any extra time Caitlyn finds is devoted to her family or her friends with activities including hiking, paddle-boarding, soccer, and church involvement.
