With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Laurel combines her expertise and a listening ear to connect with leaders and help them analyze systems and processes at both the institutional and personal levels. Prior to joining Building Champions as an Executive Coach in 2014, Laurel spent over 20 years in a variety of leadership positions in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, primarily in the fields of healthcare and education.
As Vice President of Content Development, Todd’s primary job is to understand the story and science behind great leadership—and translate it into messages, content, products and presentations that help others improve how they lead themselves, their teams and their organizations well. Prior to joining Building Champions, he served in various marketing and communications roles all focused on delivering compelling messages that drove measurable outcomes.
With nearly 50 total years of experience in the natural resource emergency management field, including work in both the military and as a firefighter, Daniel Leavell has deep knowledge of our nation’s forests and how they interact with fire. Now, as an assistant professor with Oregon State University’s College of Forestry, Daniel helps promote awareness and respect of fire by educating students on the science behind it.
