    As a school counselor committed to helping her students grow and succeed, believing in others is central to Kirsten Perry’s work. In 2018, while working as a school counselor at Chicago’s Lawndale Community Academy, Kirsten was named School Counselor of the Year by the American School Counselor Association. She currently serves as a K-12 Counseling Specialist with Chicago Public Schools.
