He brings 45+ years of executive leadership experience across three continents and 1,500+ coaching hours, offering the rare blend of coaching skill and real-world operator perspective and will take you on a journey of greater organizational performance and individual growth. During his career, Jim has consulted with more than 100 companies.

In his last executive role, he grew the US business 7X, increased EBITDA over 20X, and created more than $1BN in enterprise value while taking the company from #5 to #1 in the market with annual employee satisfaction scores in excess of 90%.
