Kirsten Chong

Director of Systems & Technology

As our Director of Systems & Technology, Kirsten Chong leads the company’s technology strategy and day-to-day excellence. She partners with Operations to design and execute a forward-looking IT roadmap, manages key vendor relationships to maximize value, and orchestrates the seamless integration of our technology platforms. Kirsten ensures friendly, prompt tech support for clients, staff, and coaches while upholding robust security and compliance standards that safeguard our company data and systems. 

Prior to joining Building Champions in 2020, Kirsten worked in management for a professional e-learning organization where she oversaw the Live Training department, a team of instructors, and established an event management system. Previously, she provided technical support and event-planning management for Rolling Hills Community Church. She managed 150 volunteers while simultaneously implementing an online planning platform for the organization. Kirsten is skilled in cross-departmental coordination and has deep technical expertise. And formerly, she ran her own event coordination business. 

Kirsten and her husband reside in Tualatin, Oregon with their two kids.
