Mariah Robbins

Mariah brings over 20 years of leadership experience with executive and board level positions in both Human Resources and Operations. She has experience leading global teams and has worked for and consulted for large multinational corporations in the US, Europe, Australia, Ecuador and China. She most recently held an executive position as Head of HR and Head of Operations in the medical device industry. She has a passion for building and sustaining strong cultures and optimizing talent across the organization.

Mariah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, a double Master’s Degree in Political Science and Adult Education and a PhD in Public Affairs and Policy with an emphasis on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Organizations. She has written many articles and has a published textbook in research methods and statistics. Mariah’s personal passions include spending time with her family, running, and enjoying the outdoors.
