Sophia Peterson

Sales Associate

Sophia Peterson is our Sales Associate. She joined Building Champions in 2026 and works alongside our Director of Sales to support client relationships, inbound sales development, contract management, renewals, and overall sales operations. Sophia serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, support proposals and presentations, manage CRM details in HubSpot, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the client journey. She also partners with our marketing team on lead generation and outreach efforts, bringing a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to helping clients connect with the right Building Champions solutions.

Prior to joining Building Champions, Sophia worked as a Marketing Manager for Steele Smith Homes, where she designed and executed digital marketing campaigns, managed social media content, supported paid advertising efforts, and coordinated listing operations. She also served as an Executive Personal Assistant, managing complex scheduling, travel logistics, event planning, vendor communication, and confidential correspondence with professionalism and care. Earlier in her career, Sophia worked at Nike, where she supported customer engagement, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.

Sophia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University. She brings a strong background in client service, marketing, operations, and communication to her role, along with a passion for driving results, supporting client success, and improving sales processes.
