The Building Champions Experience
Sunriver, Oregon | September 21 - 24
A transformational leadership experience for leaders who believe better humans make better leaders.
Not Just Another Leadership Conference
The Building Champions Experience (BCE) is a four-day, in-person leadership experience designed for people leaders, executives, and leadership teams who want space to reflect, clarity to plan, and meaningful connection with others navigating similar responsibilities.
Rooted in Building Champions’ belief that better humans make better leaders, BCE blends guided reflection, peer dialogue, and practical planning to help leaders return home aligned, focused, and ready to lead with intention.
Most leadership events are built to keep you busy. This one is designed to help you move forward.
Who Should Attend the Building Champions Experience?

What You’ll Experience
The Building Champions Experience (BCE) is a curated, in-person leadership journey rooted in one core belief: better humans make better leaders.

You’ll enjoy:
Main stage sessions centered on real leadership stories, practical frameworks, and grounded insight
Interactive breakout conversations designed for reflection, dialogue, and real-world application
Direct access to experienced Building Champions coaches—not just from the stage, but beside you
An intentional pace that creates room to breathe, think, and plan without feeling rushed
